As matters stand now, a private who loses a rifle suffers far greater consequences than a general who loses a war.The work of Yingling's unit in the Iraqi city of Tall Afar was cited by the President as the model for the current surge. But Yingling has an article out in Military Review, an officer's publication, in which he criticizes the generals of "intellectual and moral" failures. It's part of the culture of no accountability in the current administration.
