I didn't sleep too well last night and since I was already awake, in a grand gesture I got up, got dressed, made coffee and cleared the driveway to prepare for my spouse's early departure for work today. Once finished with these tasks, I sat down bleary-eyed, unmedicated, and without caffeine at my computer to check the morning e-mails and headlines.
Grist "got me". I spent about 30 seconds checking yesterdays news to see how I could have missed this story. It then dawned on me what today's date is and I smote my forehead!
