It is part of the tradition of the Church of the Brethren to hold a "Love Feast" on Maundy Thursday. This service is a loose re-enactment of the last supper. It includes a meal, bread and cup communion and a service of foot-washing. At my church we do it every year but in untraditional ways. We don't, for instance, separate men and women for the service of footwashing, which is traditional. This year, though, we are doing a seder, and adding a service of footwashing.
