OK. It's not in the garden yet. But it will be later today. For Father's Day I got a Butterfly Bush, buddlleia davidii. It's a perennial, but we have planted one every year for at least six years and have never had one survive the winter, despite heavy mulching. It is worth the price of annual replacing, though, because they really do attract lots of butterflies.

In the Garden Today
